Estate Planning
Estate planning is the process of ensuring the disposition of an individual’s property consistent with his or her wishes. Considerations in estate planning vary with each client. We strive to understand each client’s objectives and, through the use of a variety of customized documents, assist clients in accomplishing their personal estate planning goals.

Estate Administration
We assist clients with all aspects of probate and estate administration. Probate is the legal process by which an individual’s will is admitted by the probate court and assets subject to probate are transferred. Estate administration includes the probate process as well as transfers of non-probate assets such as life insurance, annuities and trust assets.
